On behalf of the European Squash Federation (ESF) and the Romanian Squash Federation, we are very pleased to invite your players to participate in the 33rd ESF European Individual u19 Squash Championships and 39th ESF European Team Mixed u19 Squash Championships

ESID, lnsurance & Data Protection
All officials must be registered with ESF prior to the event and they need to have a valid European Squash ID (ESID).
Officials are at the Championships at their own risk. Neither the ESF, the Host Association, the Host Club nor the Organisers will accept any responsibility. ESF and the Host Association recommends that all officials and participants have full travel -, booking cancellation -, medical – and possessions insurance when travelling to any Championships. The organising team will be publishing draws, results, photos as well as live footage from matches and the venue. As this is part of the Championships tournament rules, ESF and the Host will deem that players and officials have accepted these regulations by entering the tournament.

Opening meetings

The managers and coaches meeting is planned for Friday 22nd March 20:00 in the hotel.
The referees meeting is scheduled for Friday 22nd March 20:30 in the hotel.
All referees need to attend this meeting.

Shuttle bus:

Players, coaches and other attendees that chose the event hotel and food package will be picked up from the airport. Please do not forget to send your flight details and time of arrival to and contact Stefan Stanescu – transport coordinator 0040 720 803 076

Practice schedule:

This is the practice schedule for day 1 (Saturday). Please be on time.

Lunch and dinner schedule:

Lunch is served daily from 12:30 to 15:00 EET and dinner from 18:00 to 21:00 EET. First dinner will be served starting 22nd of March 2024.
